Romain David


After studying cinema, Romain later decided to enter the realms of architecture. He studied at the ENSAPLV for 6 years, which included an exchange in Fukuoka, Japan. He graduated in July 2018 with jury’s congratulations for his gated community project. In January 2019, his research paper entitled "1995 : OMA Born Again" about the Dutch office OMA was awarded the Rémy Butler foundation prize. His writing has been published in PLI and San Rocco.

Romain was an intern at Hamonic+Masson & Associés in 2017, where he worked on the project Marne-Europe for 6 months. He rejoined the office as a junior architect in November 2018 having finished his studies, and participated in the ‘Inventons la Métropole du Grand Paris 2’ competition.
